    Quest For Teens: 6-Week Group

    Who should attend?

    Teens age 12-15

    When and where is this fabulous event taking place?

    The weekly Quest group meets on Wednesdays, starting on July 12th, and continues for six weeks until August 16th. The group is from 9 am – 10:30 am at Wellness Outside the Box – Therapy Redefined, 3801 Lawrenceville Road, Princeton, NJ.

    What should I bring? What should I wear?

    Wear comfortable clothing appropriate for current weather conditions, and bring refillable water bottles, bug spray, and sunblock.

    How much does it cost?

    The price for this 6-week group is $400. Non-refundable payment must be made in full to hold your spot. This retreat has a max capacity of 8 teens, so sign up today!

    Why does my teen need this?

    This group is ideal for teens who suffer from sadness and anxiety, lack confidence, and/or struggle in social settings. Participants will learn to use mindfulness, movement, nature, and various psychotherapy tools and techniques to manage difficult emotions and situations. We incorporate fun and adventure therapy in the great outdoors to foster emotional growth, strength, and wellness.
